      -Employee discount -Being around the latest and greatest tech -non commission

      Cons

      -non commission but commission environment -not enough recognition -terrible pay (under paid) -not challenging -not a good place for people who don't want to move up.

      Great environment for young college/high school graduate to get credible retail sales experience. Fosters a more ambitious and exciting environment in contrast to other comparable retail positions. Salary compensation is slightly better than other retail positions in some situations.

      Cons

      Management of labor has its flaws like many other companies. Promotions and salary increases were often calculated through an automated software program to relieve managers from blame for insignificant salary increases.
