Pros

Average to Good Benefits, great employee purchase program and average to good 401k and health benefits. Fun and exciting most of the time, free to learn as much as you can about products and services. Finding new and innovative technology and ideas!

Cons

Pay is average, but there is room to grow. Pay structure is good, but there is a lot of room for improvement. Don't expect time off on the holidays.

Pros

I enjoy working at Best Buy because pay is fair, employee discount, fun work environment, job security, and teamwork is very important.

Cons

The downside of working at Best Buy is there is not a lot of room for growth, lack of motivation for employees, and no benefits for part time employees,

Pros

good place to work at; had lots of fun, even with the management team. Also won a few things; great chance to move up within the company.

Cons

some of the cons included doing the mystery shoppers, as well as dealing with the holidays. Mad customers were also somewhat of a hassle.
