Pros

Great benefits and fun environment. Constantly changing to stay ahead of the rest makes work a challenge everyday. Never boring! Job environment depends a lot on the individual store management. Most of the managers are great and willing to work with you when you need things like time off for family issues or health reasons.

Cons

Sometimes long and strange shifts but that is retail. Management teams not always on track and tend to micro-manage too much. Need better training programs. Too many early morning meetings that are not productive.

Pros

Good work atmosphere, especially if you like electronics/media Plenty of opportunities to meet many new people and develop new friendships You are vitually guarenteed to expand you electronics product knowledge

Cons

Zombie-like feeling at work, constantly chasing customers around the sales floor Fairly dead-end, it can be a dogfight just to advance to a full time position, let alone management The store seems too big to communicate effectively at times
