Pros

Best Buy is one of the best retail jobs to have. I've worked at other retail stores in the past and Best Buy really has their act together in comparison.

Cons

Scheduling can be rough. It is not uncommon to work 6 days in a week, with alternating open/closing shifts that are only 4-5 hours long. So you might close one night, 5-9 (but in reality leave around 10:30), then go back in the next morning at 8 and get off at 1-2 p.m. It's sort of depressing to realize you worked 6 out of 7 days in a week but still had less than 30 hours. I would much rather work three or four 6-8 hour shifts and have more days off.
