Pros

Best buy is a great company to work for is you are looking for decent pay, good benefits, and some discounts on electronics.

Cons

Management team is hit or miss depending on your store. Its the corporate mentality of the big box stores that drive profit margin home instead of customer service.

Easy job, great discount, no job security.

Pros

The job is easy to do, though you'll run into many incompetent costumers. The discount is great, though you'll mainly see it on accessories, like $1 for $20 cables or $40 for $200 TV stands.

Cons

You never know when you're going to work until a few days before the week. There is no job security. Many people were fired right after their shifts to just not come back.

Not Bad

Pros

Great discount. o. k. managers. decent pay for what you are doing. Coolest technology available always coming in. Not to bad for retail.

Cons

Items are over-priced and a limited selection to provide the customer when they come in. Wal-mart always carries items at a cheaper price and employees hear the blunt of it.
