Pros

Got decent discounts from the store and was able to interact with many people. It was a great experience in which I was able to display my skills as a worker.

Cons

Some of the cons were that some of the people can indeed be annoying. It is sometimes irritating dealing with them.

Pros

Good growth potential. Solid pay. Forward thinking company with lots of areas to expand into. Promotions are talent based, not seniority or too political. Benefits are good.

Cons

Bonus structure is much less in recent years. The bigger then have become the more about the company and less about the people. Tons of reorgs. Every few years you have to apply for a new job or get stepped into a new role.

Pros

Great place to work. Fun growth environment. Great culture - flexible work hours, fun, young co-workers, and even Foosball in the lobby!

Cons

I did not enjoy the location. Best Buy is located in the chilly suburbs of Minneapolis. It was a tough adjustment!
