Discounts, incentives on tech for trainings, More than the minimum wage

Cons

Managers made it seem like life or death to reach goals when we never got any kind of bonus out of it. Not commissions based pay so you could work as hard as you could but Bert from Appliances has been there 10 years and just collects a paycheck so you'd never reach whatever the "bonus" was for the store.
