Pros

Good pay for retail (for the right managers), room for growth, full-time opportunities

Cons

Management, employees aren't valued, customers can say and do anything but you always get the bad end

Pros

Lots of room to advance with little to know or experience. Great pay if you can earn it. Fairly easy job and funny to talk to people.

Cons

But that's only if you have great leadership. Be prepared to work like a dog for some managers. Favoritism can happen alpt especially because of in store romance.
