Pros

Discount is nice, great learning opportunity, networking opportunity, open box discounts are nice, constant rush of customers, fulfilling experiences with customers

Cons

Customers are awful, dress code is bad for summer, the shirt is made of an awful material, the stores don't have much choice when it comes to stuff like where things are placed.

Pros

Decent amount of independent time, there are a few cool perks such as reward zone discounts and going to midnight releases.

Cons

Management is very micromanaged. In a company this big they only care about making money in lieu of making their staff feel cared for or comfortable. I often carried my department(s) through sales quota every day, week, month and year and got absolutely zero recognition.

Cons

Slow boring at times repetive pay is not that good. People use Best Buy as a temp job so people working there tend to change over time uniform is old fashion.
