Pros

Great benefits, plenty of opportunities to advance.

Cons

Just as in most workplaces there is a lot of favoritism that happens at Best Buy in every store I've worked over my 6 year tenure.

Pros

The management was very good and the whole work environment was very professional. Was a blessing to work at Best Buy. Was a place where the management made you part of a close knit team.

Cons

Earning a full time or supervisor position in Best Buy is competitive and takes time (Not a con but a challenge).
