Pros

people - there are some really bright people who work at the corporate office. the people really do have talent and want to succeed, however...the exec management has gotten in the way in the past. The good news is that they are making a serious effort to change things around

Cons

accountability is lack luster at best. give people with a higher title the ability to make decisions, manager their business and truly hold them accountable when they succeed and fail.

Pros

Typical retail, expect to know everything and be able to sell anything.

Cons

I worked warehouse and i know more about computers then most of that department and even geek squad came to me for computer help. Too much favoritism. Don't expect to move unless your friends with management.
