Pros

They are understanding, patient, and don’t micro manage. You have freedom here and if you don’t like your position, they’ll work with you to find something better

Cons

Management doesn’t handle issues with drivers as well as they should out of fear of losing them, but if any other employee acted the same way, they would be disciplined immediately or lose their job.
