      • Outstanding training and resources • Peers really want you to succeed • Great Culture • Unlimited income potential • You control how well you want to do or how much you want to earn

      Cons

      • Starting or Flipping a magazine varys • Some issues may take a few days to get resolved, but it does get resolved • Need something in back office that shows the financial breakdown when we are above baseline so we know what to expect
