      Pros

      Work life balance, unlimited income, be your own boss, amazing culture, they practice what they preach. BVM is the first company I have worked for that cares this much about their sales people. If you want to build your own success and have no limit to how much you can sell/earn, this is the right place. No one breathing down your neck, just supporting you. Love the culture.

      Pros

      The upper management and business is very supportive and motivating to get you to where you need to be in the beginning of this job which can be tough.

      Cons

      Working for up to six months without pay is all I can say would be a con.

      Pros

      Nice product. Has a nice appeal to hometown living, and small community unifying. Local magazines are sweet and attractive to business owners.

      Cons

      Things move very fast when you sign on. The training is like a whirlwind, the speaker is very hyper and is talking at a rate that is so hard to understand.
