So far, very honest about what to expect - no income for the few months before you go to print but the potential for a lucrative income is there without the threat of corporate downsizing. Great opportunity to get to know more about your community and the businesses that serve the community. BVM staff is very responsive to all inquiries and requests and has a well run organization. Promotes good work ethic and creates good quality magazines on a local level. High level of satisfaction and accomplishment when a magazine goes to print.
