Pros
I have worked with BVM for 3 years, and I love my job! BVM has been a great fit for me, and I’ve been challenged to grow professionally and personally. I enjoy my work and love connecting with people all over North America. I appreciate that I am not micromanaged but rather encouraged to take ownership of my work under the guidance of our leaders. I plan to stay with BVM long-term- when you find a good thing, you know it!
Cons
I can’t think of any major downsides to working here. Of course, BVM is made up of people, and people are not perfect, but our culture informs the way conflicts are handled, and I find that process to be quite healthy. I have been pleasantly surprised at how little drama there is in the office, even as our staff continues to grow at a fast rate. Our leaders are also excellent models of virtue and taking the high road, and their example has taught me a lot about navigating difficult situations respectfully and constructively.
