There is no ceiling to what I can make working with the company. It is set up similarly to a franchise without the substantial upfront investment capital...my investment was 100% sweat equity. As a Publisher, I am compensated as the owner of my publication. I have complete control and autonomy on when I work. I have never worked in a better culture! It is empowering, supportive, and family-like. Everyone helps each other. I recently earned a trip through the company that pays for both my partner and myself. There is no longer a ceiling on what I can make. My bottom line is up to me! I finally feel like I'm in a position to build wealth for my family and create and provide opportunities for others! I am compensated in direct relation to the amount of effort I put in.

You are your own boss. It takes discipline and a lot of initiative. It is up to you!

Incredible advancement opportunities in all departments. Great company with compassion for it's employees. NO MICRO MANAGING. Always encouraging it's employees to do the best job possible and they do! Fueled by an incredible think tank of talented CEO, CFO, Regional managers with major talent. You truly feel like you are working with the best the business has to offer, which in turn only makes you better at what you are doing. The most rewarding job personally and professionally I have ever had in over 25 years working.

Cons

There really isn't any to speak of. You have to put in the work, but the rewards are excellent

Best Version Media has given me the opportunity of a lifetime. While I'm considered self-employed (independent contractor), I still have the support and resources provided from an incredible company. They offer continued weekly training (several times a week), they are incredibly supportive every step of the way, and the income potential is only limited by your own personal drive and motivation. While it does take a commitment and a little time to get income flowing, the investment is well worth it. With a little hard work I can see exceeding my personal income goals within a matter of months! There is not a better opportunity to generate a very nice income while being self-employed that I know of. I am proud to be a Publisher for Best Version Media and I would highly recommend it to anyone with the drive and motivation to succeed!

Cons

I do not really have any "Cons". While some may think not having income while "getting to print" is a con, I would argue that the culture of the company keeps you motivated and the income potential is well worth the few months it will take you to build your magazine.
