      thy will give you training for the job, It covers the important stuff you will face during the job

      Cons

      It is a scam be careful. don't sing anything with them. They will ask you to 'enhance' your resume before placing you for the job interviews. basically they will fake a resume for you, adding 5-7 years of fake experience.

      Teach you QA concepts to pass interviews, some stuff are actually relevant.

      Cons

      700$ deposit which ties you to a 1-year contract. Usually will send you out of CA for your first contract.

      Pros

      Working with BSS has been a great experience. The entire team(Marketing, Recruiting, and the Trainer) is very professional, supportive, proactive and helpful throughout the placement process. The trainer has great knowledge and patience to make things understand. I have learned a lot about the cutting edge technologies and tools that are required in today's market. I definitely recommend people to join BSS and I am positive that company will help you start your career and lead you in the right direction by placing you in great companies right from the beginning.
