Pros

Some floor staff was great residents are wonderful most nurses work as a team and help each other

Cons

Always short staffed not enough nurse aides or nurses management not willing to help on floor when short staffed but will give nurses and aides more work knowing they are understaffed management will attempt to call licensed staff in to work as nurse aides when understaffed
