      Pros

      Leadership, including C-suite, is committed to our mission. Mission statement also speaks to rewarding career opportunities. Many promotions from within the company. Great support structure for staff. High ethical standards. Excellent management training program and a lot of money dedicated to continuing education for staff at all levels.

      Cons

      Need to improve our pay structure for lower paying jobs. I've seen some improvement, but it's slow.

      Reasonable hours, easy to work with managers.

      Pros

      Getting to know the residents, working with others at a faster pace, always reasonable hours. Fun working environment, reasonable management.

      Cons

      Working on holidays (residents have to east 365 days a year! 😊) ,sometimes wasn't getting enough hours, but other than that, nothing else to complain about here.
