Bethesda Health Group reviews

It was a great place to work until a new administrator was hired. Since then the culture completely changed. The administrator is condescending, rude and confrontational. She has no idea what she is doing (check out the state survey). So many good employees and wonderful residents have left because of her. Even people in upper management who have worked there for many years all quit very soon after she took over. I could list so many reasons not to work there. Just avoid it until the current administrator is hopefully fired

Run! No support from management and hard work for a non livable wage.
