      Human Resources - a handbook / policy is created for a reason, to be used. Unfortunately HR does not follow the handbook 9 times out of 10 and makes it EXTREMELY difficult to manage departments. no opportunity for advancement in most fields

      You can do much better than this place. Keep looking!

      Cons

      Very toxic environment in the corporate office. Employees are hostile and cliquey, and will stab you in the back to make themselves look better. No accountability for their actions, and upper management just looks the other way.
