Great Food. Great working Environment. Great Work/Life Balance. Recent Changes in Mgmt shows stability.

Cons

Below Average Salary. High Turnover in Staff. Lack of Communication. No Reward System to motivate employee growth. No training during the 2 1/2 years (front of the house full time server 6 months; supervisor 24 months).

Excellent care provided to the Seniors of the St. Louis area. Caregivers are some of the best in St. Louis.

Cons

Disjointed management at the top. Top management does not really understand what the people taking care of the patients stresses and work concerns are.
