Pros
Allow people outside of headquarters to work remotely which is nice. Beside that not much else to say here.
Cons
The company culture is extremely poor. Executives spend freely and constantly pin the blame to others for poor performance. Poor hiring decisions and do not care for their employees. I never received recognition for a job well done, got a performance review or a raise in over 5 years of loyal service. Severe cash flow problems are evident throughout the entire company and everyone is constantly on edge for when the Betis ship inevitably sinks. I question the true motives of the CEO.
