      Where do I start? BDS has amazing people, great culture - very upbeat and energetic, and super hard working people including the owners. Everyone here cares about your success and only wants you to succeed and make money for yourself. Great growth opportunities! The company purpose is to help as many individuals and families in need and I love that.

      Cons

      If you do not like fast-paced, high-performing (but high-rewarding!!) environments this may be a challenge to you.

      Employees are treated very well - free lunches catered in every Friday, camaraderie among the teams, recognition of hard work and progress/growth. Leadership seems open to innovation and new ideas/input.

      It's a young company - lots of loose ends and fine-tuning going on, but overall positive environment.
