      Pros

      Mission driven startup with an amazing culture and fantastic team! Everyone is not only smart, passionate and talented but genuinely nice, too, yes even the leadership team! It's a very positive and supportive environment where you will also be challenged like never before.

      Cons

      The work is fast paced, the hours can be long and the priorities are constantly changing. If this doesn't sound exciting, then it's probably not the best fit for you.
