      Love the direction we're going as a company. Our coaches have changed my life and BetterUp challenges us to always raise the bar. Appreciate the development and it's an honor to advise our partners on human capital transformation. SO many brilliant colleagues! Love our recent exec hires.

      Cons

      The pace and change is not for everyone. Workload doesn't seem humanly possible but I love my job so I'd rather be busy doing this meaningful work.
