Exceptional company culture - demonstrated every day. High performers in every area of the company - who hold one another to a high standard. A product that really works and isn't "vaporware" or "coming soon". Investments in the development of the team.

Cons

This is a tough place to get hired. Lots of interviews, not just about your ability, but whether you are a good fit. Growing so fast that sometimes it's hard to find the right person to communicate with but once you do - they're anxious to help.
