Good benefits such as medical insurance and yearly tickets. Wellness program and sports activities

Cons

Poor training opportunities. Work life balance is poor working 4 days and 2 days off shifting. basis for 12 hours from 5-5. Opportunity for growth is not highly encourage. Working with the company in other countries were not fully supported. No performance appraisal review etc.
