Beyond Finance reviews

One of the only challenges I’ve noticed at Beyond Finance is that there’s sometimes a lot of pressure to perform well on tests or evaluations. For people like me, who experience anxiety, it can be difficult knowing there isn’t a second chance to retake a test or prove yourself under less pressure. While I understand the need for high standards, I think offering additional opportunities for improvement would empower employees to show their true potential, even in stressful situations. Overall, Beyond Finance is a fantastic company to work for. The key is to come in with confidence, set your fears aside, and focus on the task at hand. By maintaining a positive mindset and believing in your abilities, you can succeed and thrive in this supportive and rewarding environment.

Went through 2 weeks of training and then moved to nesting. Wasn't told that we would be fired after nesting if we didn't meet their "ramped-up" expectations. Only had 3 days, if that, of phone calls and only 4 monitoring and was fired because I didn't improve. Didn't even have one-on-one with trainer for performance review. Trainer became rude while on my first phone call and not helpful at all.
