Pros
The pay is really great for entry level and the opportunity for someone who works hard is available.
Cons
The company is under new management and is very unorganized. While there are a lot of trial and error in business, there are opportunities that are missed consistently that management can be taking to avoid these errors for their customers. IT Issues that really make it impossible for the day to run efficiently and often negatively impact the goals that CSD reps are expected to maintain/achieve. It seems as if a lot of the management is NEW to management which means they are still learning the ropes. This causes the trickle down effect and really results in a poor morale on the team. I have never seen the CEO Tim Ho in any business meetings that are SOMETIMES held quarterly where nothing is really discussed that has any substance.
