The interview process was quite easy.

Cons

During COVID, Beyond Finance let go hundreds of employees. The way they terminated my employment was brutal. No advance notice. No payout for PTO because of their "unlimited PTO" policy. My supervisor claimed credit for my work after terminating me.

I didn't see any pros

Cons

They have high turnover. They recently did a mass hire and mass fire. Training is really only a week long and they disguise it as 6 weeks. They need to let people know exactly what they are grading people on. Training wasn't that good or else no one would fail. They also have horrible shift availability. They also pay lower than companies in the same industry. I don't recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable career or growth, or management that exercises good wisdom and guidance
