      Pay is reasonable. Vacation benefits are fair.

      Cons

      Ultra-micromanaging environment. Leader is incompetent. Have to work behind my manager's back to get anything done. Benefits are not good.

      Management does not care about employees or feedback and there is a lack of culture and team environment. Promotions are not based on your work, but on whom you are friends with.
