Beyond Finance reviews

If you had asked me to write a review for Beyond 3 and 1/2 years ago at inception, it wouldn’t have been pretty. I find myself smiling looking back at how far leadership has come. Beyond experienced a tremendous amount of growth in a small amount of time. From technology to product, sales volume, staff and most importantly leadership. Prior leadership was a train wreck. They couldn’t provide any direction. The current executive team provides steady leadership, responds well to criticism, has a clear road map for the future and knows when to make changes. Most importantly, they have integrity. Positive atmosphere with lots of growth opportunities. The wages are competitive and vacation time is generous. The people I work with are great. The more experienced staff is welcoming and eager to help while newer staff members are incredibly motivated and eager to learn. Finally excited to be a part of this team!

I started here about a year ago and have already received a promotion, lateral transfer with more responsibilities and two pay raises. The company is growing at an unprecedented rate, so the sky is the limit here! Lots of growth potential and even opportunities to get into a department you may enjoy more!
