      Pros

      Pay and benefits are consistent with the market My manager was great. However, he was laid off because he did not "fit in" Co-workers were great, but they got laid off. It was a matter of time before I was laid off, so I resigned.

      Cons

      New management is politically driven. BF does NOT value education, experience, and ability to deliver value to the company. BF DOES value your political position and ability to fit in with your progressive peers. Debt settlement industry is unstable. Customer attrition is high. Industry as a whole comes across as a scam. Not isolated to BF.

      “Bonus” opportunities Schedule Job task not hard

      Cons

      KPI goals unreachable - which factor on who “bonuses”. Management: you are given a senior lead who holds all coaching’s. They push to bonus so they bonus. Training sub par to actual role Growth opportunities: don’t try to move to another department- they can barely keep the agents they have in your current. Benefits- even for being single- these benefits severely lack
