      Pros

      Good culture/environment. Good pay and benefits. Leadership ready and willing to give people what they need to do their job well. Rewarding business objective. Beyond's on the up and up.

      Cons

      While it does happen occasionally, it would be nice to have more visibility into major initiatives and projects that other departments are working on.

      Pros

      There's a great culture of ownership and empowerment. People are asked to speak up if they see something that could be better and the company has been receptive to change. I work with people across the company and everyone has been great and wants to do the best thing for our customers.

      Cons

      The last year was pretty bumpy while different teams were being formed and everything was evolving quickly. We've hit our stride in the last few months and are primed to continue our fast growth.

      Toxic work environment. Incompetent people in positions of power. A lot of jealousy, envy & actions to keep smart employees in a low position. Sexist and prejudiced

      Cons

      Sexist, prejudiced. Promotions are based on gifting and being overly friendly with superiors whom are primarily male
