      b2b calls, have to lie to customers, stressful calls dealing with peoples finances.

      Pros

      They have a great positive work environment. The office is nice and beautiful. There access too lots of snacks and goodies.

      Cons

      This is a newer office and the metrics and standards they set for the representatives are not meant for the sales team. Meaning there are no actions that you can implement that can help you to achieve or improve certain metrics. And even if you excel with your revenue goal every month and you meet or exceed your close rate metrics, there are metrics outside of your control that can ultimately cost you your job.
