      Pros

      None- beyond has turned into one of the worst places I have ever worked. Management is a joke and talks to you like you see below them. They swear they are the best in the industry but they are the WORST! The CEO & COO if that’s what you call them are only here to fill up their pockets and drag the company into the ground. Technology sucks, pay structure is horrible, management is a joke and think they know it all. This place is pathetic! Bring back Larry & Shane and our old management far better than what is there now. Just some young wanna bes who come from another debt settlement company and think they know it all they are joke!!!

      No Pros that I can think of.

      Cons

      New "management team" Former NDR employees are now holding job titles of director, managers. People that have never held those positions before. Clueless as to how to run a debt settlement department. They talk to the staff they supervise using foul language and with no sense of direction. Terrible place to work at now. It is only Beyond Finance in name only now.. Way different then the class A organisation that it was when I started my employment there 4 years ago.
