      Pros

      Commission structure, great PTO benefits, medical, 401k, advancement opportunities, new experienced leadership. A new up and coming debt settlement company that strives to take care of its clients. Going on 3 years working here and yes you have to work for your pay but its all so very rewarding and I have really enjoyed my time working here so far. Always learning new things every day.

      Cons

      Its is a never changing environment, there are changes all the time so you have to really adapt to change.

      Pros

      I started here coming out of college with my Bachelor's degree and decided to give it a shot. Since then, I have been given all the resources to help me with my success. This company is a purpose driven, high energy place where we positively impact our clients lives. The mission is everything, if you can get behind helping others resolve their debt, the pay out will be VERY worth-it. My recommendation to you, is to internally evaluate whether you're up for a worthwhile life-changing experience, and run with it.

      Cons

      If you are not driven to the overall mission, you will not make it, don't waste your time.
