      Pros

      This company provides room for growth in a career path. They have a great culture and provide all the tools and resources to get you to excel at your role. I started 4 years ago, no experience or goals in growing with the company. They coached me and developed me to the Team Lead role, now i get to share the same experience and growth i went through with new perrs.

      Cons

      Working saturdays is a downside however they go by extremely fast

      I love working at BeyondFinance because the work is interesting and are given full autonomy and ownership over your projects, fun to use tech stack, super flexible work schedule, and the team is beyond friendly to work with.
