Pros
Been here for a few months and it’s not a bad job, call centers just suck in general but I would say that they need to work on organization with their departments. I know it’s a startup so I’m giving it some grace but getting that under control would dramatically help. Also please prepare for a heavy call volume, calls can be back to back in this department they need to hire a few more people to level out the que.
Cons
Heavy call volume, metrics always changing, unfair occurrence rules (takes 6 months to be off of a written etc…)
