      Pros

      Even though this is my first job in the finance industry, I've been able to learn on the job and grow as a professional. I like the people I work with. The Chicago office has been especially flexible and mindful of pandemic concerns, so I've been able to work from home.

      Cons

      Communications from HR/higher up sometimes seem a bit disjointed/rushed, but I think most of that has been due to changes during the pandemic and a shift in leadership.
