Not many. Work from home I guess.

Cons

This is a sweatshop with weekly performances reviews. If you do good one month and subpar the next month your job is in jepoardy. They fire more than half the training class based off a one day trial run on the phones. Leads are not great and the job is more luck of the draw than skill based. There is no helpful criticism, it is either you make numbers or you dont. There is not much job security so would not recommend for a longterm career.

Training is ridiculous. Clique culture amongst trainers/coaches. No stability whatsoever, you can be fired mid shift, stressful worrying if you still have a job by end of day.
