Fantastic opportunities here to grow, be challenged by meaningful work, and push your standards to a higher level. Every employee is held to a higher standard, which means the work products get better and better with each iteration. I'm happy to work for a company that cares about delivering quick and efficient results for the business and our clients. There's work-from-home opportunities but we also have a really fun in-office culture. Breakfast and lunches are provided on in-office days most of the time and fun bi-annual company events for our Corporate folks are always a good time.
Cons
You do have to work hard, but what comes from that is bonuses and performance-based initiatives. So if you're looking for an easy way out for a job, this probably isn't your place.
