Management micromanages it's sales people. They expect you to be on the phones 8 hours straight with no time to even breath. They make you do work related tasks off the clock...sometimes tasks would take hours. Highly illegal. They even micromanage how long it takes you to hang up after call. They're dispositions you need to chose. My disconnect time for the entire day was 8 minutes. They told me it should be under 2.minutes. plus they use these unreasonable goals to cut your commissions by half to .5%...industry standard is 1%. So even if you close deals and work hard they will find ways to cut your commission in half. This company is stressful and horrible to work for.
