      Unlike some other reviews I have seen posted here, the management structure cares very much about the agents and offer continued training, advice and helps agents reach their goals. Working from home.is a gift! I absolutely love not dealing with rush hour Pay structure is good All agents support and help one and other Multiple daily emails from the powers that be. Benefits and PTO

      So far after being here for 6 months we have had a few system issues wich made it hard to work, However I.T always gets it fixed quickly

      I didn't see any pros

      Cons

      They have high turnover. They recently did a mass hire and mass fire. Training is really only a week long and they disguise it as 6 weeks. They need to let people know exactly what they are grading people on. Training wasn't that good or else no one would fail. They also have horrible shift availability. They also pay lower than companies in the same industry. I don't recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable career or growth, or management that exercises good wisdom and guidance
