Pros

This is the place for those who thrive on challenge and live for growth. Here, every day is an opportunity to push limits, sharpen your skills, and leave your mark. Collaboration isn’t just encouraged—it’s part of the DNA. There’s always an opportunity to work on projects, from cross-department projects to in-office sessions, you’ll find yourself in the mix of ideas, energy, and action. It’s fast-paced, but it’s all part of the rhythm. With a schedule that keeps me on my toes, training 3 weeks out of the month, I still find time for what matters most. Family, health, and balance. This company gets it—you give your best, and they give back. If you’re ready to grow, contribute, and be part of something bigger, this is where you belong. We go Beyond.

Cons

This isn’t the kind of job where you can sit back and coast–it’s for high performers who thrive on ambition, action, and results. If you’re someone who loves to solve problems, embrace challenges, and push for the best answer, you’ll do well here. That said, it’s not for everyone. If you’re looking for a place to relax or just get by, you might find the pace and expectations overwhelming. The culture is about growth, accountability, and constantly raising the bar–not settling for “good enough.” It is a rewarding environment, but only if you’re ready to bring your A-game every day. For those that want to be part of something dynamic and impactful, it’s definitely worth it. For those who prefer to chill and coast by? This may not be the right fit.

Pros

- Ability to earn good money, but it’s a potential - You can work from home if allowed - Very good health insurance - 401k match up to 5%

Cons

- the metrics we are held to benefit the top performers. If you don’t meet their metrics, you get threaten to be fired - Mainly men are promoted to upper management - There is no sick pay, you get maybe 4 hours a paycheck as PTO - If you don’t have PTO you basically out of luck - managers and upper management expect things from us that don’t seem reasonable, especially since they don’t remember what’s it’s like to be in the sales floor - Only top performers get recognized, and the recognition is based off of metrics - they say they have a flexible schedule, but if you try to not work a scheduled weekend it’s most likely the request to change the day will get denied - Manager don’t really train you unless you ask them to - you have to work 40 hours a week, anything less you have to either use pto or get reprimanded

Pros

Didn't have enough time working there to notice one.

Cons

If this company said they are hiring you BEWARE! This review only has to do with their hiring process, not their product! First of all, they hire a mass amount of people and fire you in 4.4 days if you make a mistake on a literally 1 hour long script. They expect you to be Brad Pitt or Johnny Depp when reading a script that you have only been using for 4 days. Anyone that has seen the making of a movie would know that even the most professional actor has to do a couple of takes to properly read the lines to complete any given scene of a movie. They make you jump through hoops like checking your internet speed and all these tests just to get an offer letter. Imagine quitting your job to start a career here only to find out by Friday afternoon they are terminating your employment after only 4 days because they claim you didn't do a good enough job on a role playing script they wrote that's about an hour long. They claim they are doing a good service by helping people get out of debt while treating the people they hire like garbage. DON'T QUIT YOUR JOB IF THEY GIVE YOU AN OFFER LETTER! THEY WILL 90% PROBABLY FIRE YOU AFTER 4 DAYS!
