      Pros

      One thing I love about working at Beyond Finance is that you can truly refine your skill and an ability and if you're putting in honest effort, you can significantly increase your income. Flexibility with PTO and time off is very convenient here as well, where you can schedule off without any processes for approval!

      Cons

      The company is becoming bigger and therefore more corporate which HR and how picky they are with verbiage you use during calls with clients when offering sales rebuttals. This has gotten a little more tedious and stressful.

      Good pay and bonus incentive Good technology available upon request (new computers whenever you want, multiple screens, customize your setup)

      Cons

      The company is in the challenging phase where it moves from a small operation to a large one and it is not doing it smoothly. The change is showing gaps in leadership that was promoted during the small company phase but does not know how to run operations at scale. Combined with a fear that a competitor will steal the 'secret sauce', innovating or bringing anything new to the table is an absolute grind.
