I walked into Beyond Finance as an open book, ready to ride for them and everything they stood for. Ive been in debt settlement for six years and thought I was heading into the most ethical company that treats employees the best. That is all a facade. I was terminated without warning and without any behavioral issues two weeks into training. I set my life aside for this job. Every waking hour I spent to be fully present for my trainers. And the first moment they could, they took me out back and put me out of ny misery. Thanks to Beyond Finance, I no longer believe I have a place in an industry that promised me a future if I stuck with it.
