      Working here as a Client Success Specialist has been one of the best career experiences I’ve had. The company truly cares about its employees and gives you the tools you need to succeed. From day one, I felt supported by leadership and my teammates and everyone is willing to help and share what they know.

      Pros

      I had a great group of teammates while in the first step of training & the second part was awesome I had a group of ladies we would stay after hours to help each other understand what we might not didn't get in class.

      Cons

      The metric is a lot of pressure because of the strict, unrealistic times they want you on the phone with a client. OMG!! sick time needs more days and should not count against your absents points but it does with or without an excuse.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Working for the sake of working, in office just for the sake of being watched. Culture is focused on being at war with competitors and corners are cut to meet regulations in this heavily regulated industry. CEO is married to CEO of partner company- not a good sign. Work life balance non existent, strong resistence to employee resources.
